The Prize Draw
- The prize draw will take place ten days prior to each cricket match identified in paragraph 8 above.

- Once eligibility has been confirmed by New Zealand Cricket, each prize winner will be contacted within 72 hours following the prize draw using the contact details provided on their entry form. If a prize winner cannot be contacted within this 72 hour period the prize experience will be forfeited and another prize winner will be drawn from all remaining non-prize winning entries received for the relevant city. The prize winner must confirm their participation in the prize within 24 hours of being successfully contacted.
Prize winners’ obligations
- The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

The prize winners must accept the conditions and commit to comply with the instructions provided in the itinerary or the prize will be forfeited and another prize winner drawn from all remaining non-prize winning entries received for the relevant city.
- By claiming a prize, the prize winners' consent to the Promoter making use of their name(s) and/or photograph(s) for publicity purposes, including advertising, online (including the ANZ Cricket World website) and social media use, as determined by the Promoter.
Promoter Obligations
- The Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice in the event any prize or part of a prize becomes unavailable.
- The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind, internet malfunction or any issues related to the submission of application forms. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s website database, not at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
- The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter may change, extend or amend or cancel the Promotion at any time.
